摘 要:用正交试验探究了乳化剂配比、用量,引发剂用量,丙烯酸用量对无皂苯丙乳液粘合剂性能的影响,并以单因素试验优化出新型交联单体T-31在无皂苯丙乳液聚合中的用量.结果表明,乳化剂m(NS-1032)/m(NS-26)=2/1,用量0.8%、引发剂用量0.8%、丙烯酸用量1.4%、T-31用量2.3%时,所制备的无皂乳液性能较好.将其用于涂料染色中,用量0.4%时,可以得到较好的应用效果.The effects of the ratio and amount of emulsifier and the amount of initiator and acrylic acid on the properties of the styrene acrylic soap-free emulsion adhesive were investigated through orthogonal experiments. The amount of the new cross-linking monomer T-31 in the soap-free emulsion polymerization was optimized by single factor experiments. The results showed that mass ratio of emulsifier NS-1032 and NS-26 was 2/1, and amount was 0.8%, the amount of initiator was 0.8%, the amount of acrylic acid was 1.4%, and the amount of T-31 was 2.3%. The prepared soap-free emulsion had good performance, which was used in pigment dyeing and had good application effect with 0.4% of dosage.
