摘  要:采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚醚三元醇(310)为主要原料,异丙醇为溶剂,选择解封温度较低的亚硫酸氢钠(Na HSO3)为封端剂,借助自乳化法,合成了一种封端型的水性聚氨酯交联剂.该交联剂能够有效地将涂料印花的干摩擦牢度由3~4级提高到5级,湿摩擦牢度由3级提高到4~5级,耐皂洗牢度由3~4级提高到4~5级,同时提高了储存稳定性.该合成工艺简便、成本低廉,适合工业化生产.The crosslinking agent of blocked waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by the self-emulsification method using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and polyether ternary alcohol(310) as the main raw materials, isopropyl alcohol as the solvent, and sodium bisulfite(Na HSO3) with low deblocking temperature as the blocking agent. It could effectively improve dry rubbing fastness of pigment printing from level 3~4 to 5, wet rubbing fastness from level 3 to 4~5, and washing fastness from level 3~4 to 4~5. At the same time, the storage stability was increased. The synthesis process was simple with low cost, which was suitable for industrialized production.
