摘  要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3′,3′,3′-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(YDH-602)和六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为原料,氢氧化钾为催化剂,采用本体聚合反应合成了一种新型氟代有机硅防水整理剂——氨基氟丙基聚硅氧烷(AFPSO),用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并在白棉布上进行了应用性能测试.结果表明,在氨值相近的情况下,随着m(D3F)∶m(D4)的增大,整理织物的柔软性和白度差别不大,但接触角明显增大,织物的防水性显著增强;在一定范围内,随着整理液中AFPSO量的增加,整理织物的柔软性逐渐提高、防水性大大增加,但白度有所降低;将AFPSO与氨值相近的通用型整理剂N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO)进行对比发现,经ASO整理的织物柔软性较好,而经AFPSO整理的织物防水性更强,织物表面对水的静态接触角可达128.45°,两者整理织物的白度相近.In the presence of potassium hydroxide catalyst, a novel fluoro organosilicon waterproof finishing agent, amino and fluoropropyl polysiloxanes(AFPSO) was synthesized by bulk polymerization of 1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tri(3′,3′,3′-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane(D3F), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4), N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminoproylmethyldimethoxysilane(YDH-602) and hexamethyldisiloxane(MM). The chemical structure of AFPSO was characterized by IR. The application properties of AFPSO were studied. The results indicated that in the ammonia value of similar cases, when the mass ratio of D3 Fand D4was increased, the softeness and whiteness of the treated cotton fabric were neared, but contact angle increased obviously, the waterproof performance enhanced markedly. Within a certain range, with an increase in the amount of AFPSO in finishing bath, the softness of the treated fabric was increased gradually, and water proofing property improved greatly,yet the whiteness had been reduced. Application results showed that the softness of N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylpolydimethylsiloxanes(ASO) imparted on cotton was prior to that of contrast AFPSO, whereas the waterproofness of the treated cotton by AFPSO was better than those by ASO. Contact angle of water on cotton fabrics treated by AFPSO could reach 128.45°. The whiteness of treated cotton fabric by ASO and AFPSO were close.
