摘 要:针对120 t活炉底复吹转炉在生产中易出现的炉底高度波动大,钢渣两侧大面凹陷,熔池部位形状不规则和炉口粘渣内径波动等现象,采取了动态控制炉底高度,合理维护两侧大面,量化控制炉口粘渣内径等措施后。炉底高度稳定在6.60-6.80 m,钢渣两侧大面无凹坑,熔池、渣线部位无明显凹槽,炉口粘渣内径稳定在1.90-2.35 m,转炉炉型保持稳定受控状态,为转炉操作提供了有利条件。Aiming at the problems occurred in the production of 120 t combined blowing converter with movable furnace bottom such as the larger fluctuation of furnace bottom height,the sinking on both larger surface of slag,the irregular shape of molten bath and the internal diameter fluctuation of slag adhibiting on converter mouth,a series of measures including the dynamic control of furnace bottom height,the reasonable maintenance of both larger surface and the quantitative control of slag adhibiting on converter mouth,were taken. After that,the furnace bottom height was stabilized within 6. 60 - 6. 80 m,and there was no steel pit on the both larger furnace of slag,no obvious grooves at the molten bath and slag line,moreover,the internal diameter fluctuation of slag adhibiting on converter mouth was steadied at1. 90 - 2. 35 m,thus,the furnace shape was kept within a stable controlled state,providing favorable conditions for converter operation.
