摘  要:利用数学方法研究和分析了电炉炼钢流程生产节奏及LF炉的调节规律。结果表明:在强化LF炉精炼过程控制和缩短精炼时间基础上,按标准开浇时间进行浇注,可使LF炉在精炼跨作业时间及精炼时间变化趋于合理,提高其流程节奏调节能力,有利于实现多炉连浇和提高生产效率。By using mathematical method,the research and analysis on the production rhythm of electric furnace steelmaking process and the regulating law of LF furnace were carried out. The result showed that,based on strengthening the refining process control of LF refining furnace and shortening its refining time,the casting process was carried out according to the standard pouring time,which can make the working time within refining cross and the refining time of LF furnace tend to be more reasonable,thus,the adjustment ability of process rhythm was improved,favorable to the realization of sequence casting and the improvement of production efficiency.
