摘  要:能源动力厂热力车间除氧系统自投运以来,由于设计、工艺及安装方面存在较多缺陷,造成除氧器耗汽量高,加温困难,噪音大问题,通过串联式汽封改造及除氧进汽管道改造,消除了除氧系统缺陷并达到降本增效的目的。Since the deaerating system was put into operation in the thermal workshop of the energy power plant,because of more defects in design,process and installation aspects,many problems,such as higher steam consumption,difficult heating and bigger noise,were caused. Through tandem steam seal reconstruction and steal intake pipe transformation of deaerator,the defects existing in deaerating system were eliminated,so the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase was reached.
