摘　　要：文章旨在通过创新高校图书馆的文化建设,为大学生的学习和生活提供一个优良的文化平台;为学生创新创业提供优质的窗口服务。同时加强对图书馆内部文化环境方面建设,加强图书馆工作人员基本的业务素质和个人文化水平。Culture construction according to the innovation of university libraries, providing an excellent cultural platform for students＇ study and life; to provide quality service for the students＇ innovative window. At the same time, strengthen the environmental library culture construction, strengthen library staff basic business quality and personal and cultural level.
