摘 要:针对煤矿带式输送机、风机、水泵等负载驱动设备运行效率低和能量浪费严重的问题,提出了一种新型传动技术--永磁耦合技术。该文介绍了该技术的工作原理并与传统传动方式做了详细的比较。该技术具有高效节能、结构简单、维护成本低等特点,在煤矿带式输送机的应用中,表现出了良好的经济和社会效益。Considering the low running efficiency of drive equipment and energy wastes seriously of belt conveyer, fan and pump loads in coal mine, a new type drive technology namely permanent magnetic coupling technique was put forward. The working principle of this technology was introduced and comparing with traditional drive modes was detailed. The technology which has the characteristics of energy-efficient, simple construction and low maintenance charge was applied in mine belt conveyer that indicated great economical and social benefits.
