摘　　要：学生的就业指导工作一直以来都是高校学生工作的重要内容。学生的就业质量关系到自身发展、家庭幸福,进一步影响到整个社会的稳定和发展。本文以江苏理工学院为例,在广泛调查学生就业观念的基础上,分析了当前90后大学生就业工作的现状和存在的问题,提出了一些应对策略,以求更加合理有效地做好就业指导和服务工作。The Students＇ employment work comprises an important part of the students＇ affairs in higher education. Its quality will affect the students＇ self-development and family happiness,hence the stability and development of the whole society. The present study exemplified the current situation and problems of college students＇ employment of the generation after 90s nowadays with taking Jiangsu University of Technology as a case study,and then put forward some coping strategies on the basis of an extensive research on the employment concept of college students in order to provide a more effective and reasonable way for the employment guidance work and at the same time service college students better.
