摘  要:目的:探讨糖肝康对糖尿病脂肪肝模型大鼠肝组织抵抗素(Resistin)表达的影响机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素联合高脂饮复制糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠模型,成模后随机分为模型组、护肝宁组和糖肝康小、中、大剂量组,每组10只,另取10只正常大鼠作为空白组,分别给予相应药物干预,12周后Western Blot方法检测大鼠肝组织Resistin的表达。结果:与空白组比较,模型组肝组织Resistin表达明显减少(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各给药组肝组织Resistin表达明显增加(P<0.01),糖肝康中、大剂量组优于护肝宁组(P<0.01)。结论:糖肝康可能通过增加Resistin表达水平,改善肝脏代谢进而保护肝脏。Objective: To observe the effect mechanism of Tanggankang on the expression of Resistin of diabetic rats with fatty liver. Methods: The model of fatty liver diabetic rats was established by injecting streptozotocin(STZ) and feeding with highfat diet. After successful modeling, the rats were randomly divided into six groups: model group, Huganning group, blank group,Tanggankang group of small dose, Tanggankang group of middle dose and Tanggankang group of large dose,10 each, and respec-tively received corresponding drug, then the content of Resistin in liver was observed with Western Blot after 12 weeks.Results:Compared with the blank group, the content of Resitin in model group decreased significantly( P0.01); compared with the model group, all the drug-received groups have more Resistin in liver(P0.01), and Tanggankang group of middle dose and large dose was higher than that in Huganning group(P0.01). Conclusion: Tanggankang could improve the liver metabolism and protect the liver by increasing the expression of Resistin.
