刘氏小儿推拿合香连敷脐法改善婴幼儿湿热泻主症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察刘氏小儿推拿合香连敷脐法治疗婴幼儿湿热泻改善其主症的临床疗效。方法:将60例湿热泻患儿随机分为两组,治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组采用刘氏小儿推拿合香连敷脐法治疗,对照组以西药思密达合培菲康口服治疗。观察两组患儿的临床总疗效和主症总积分的改善情况。结果:治疗组临床总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主症总积分较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低明显(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:刘氏小儿推拿合香连敷脐法治疗婴幼儿湿热泻在改善主症方面具有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of Liu infantile massage and xiang-lian powder on the primary symptom of damp-heat diarrhea. Methods： The infant patients（n=60） were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）. The treatment group was given Liu infantile massage and xiang-lian powder apply on the navel of method,and the control group with pei-fei-kang and Mengtuoshi San.The total clinical curative effects, total integrals of symptoms of two groups were observed. Results： The total clinical curative effects of the treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.The total integrals of main symptoms after treatment both decreased in two groups（P0.05）, which was more obvious in treatment group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Liu infantile massage and xiang-lian powder apply on the navel of method has good curative effect on infant damp-heat diarrhea.
