定点复位推拿法配合筋骨舒胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定点复位推拿法配合筋骨舒胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将68例腰椎间盘突出症急性期、辨证为血瘀证的患者随机分为两组。治疗组34例,采用定点复位推拿法配合筋骨舒胶囊治疗;对照组34例,采用牵引疗法配合西药治疗。以视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、CT观察评分作为观察指标。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组。结论:定点复位推拿法配合筋骨舒胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期、辨证为血瘀证的患者,可以有效缓解患者的疼痛,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of fixed point reset massage combined with Jingu Shu Capsule（筋骨舒胶囊,JGSC） on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： The 68 patients with lumbar disc herniation in acute satge, diagnosed as blood stasis type were randomly divited into treatment group and control group, 34 cases each. The treatment group received fixed point reset massage combine with JGSC, while the control group were given traction combined with western medicine. Vi-sual analogue scale（VAS） and CT observe scoring was observed after treatment. Results： After treatment, the VAS scores of 2groups have significant difference（P0.05）. Compared with control group, the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better（ P0.05）. Conclusion： Fixed point reset massage combined with JGSC can obviously release the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation in acute satge and diagnosed as blood stasis type, and its clinical efficacy was notable.
