摘 要:目的:测定不同产地、科属的"一名多药"藏药普尔那中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法检测普尔那中总黄酮的含量。结果:比较了3种不同产地、科属的普尔那中总黄酮的含量,其中拉萨产菊科普尔那的总黄酮含量明显高于其他产地的普尔那。结论:不同产地、科属的"一名多药"藏药普尔那中总黄酮的含量差异较大,在临床用药时应引起重视,应建立含普尔那的复方药的检测标准。Objective: To study the contents of general flavone in "multi herbs about one name" about Artemisia Vestita from different habitats and different plant origins. Methods: UV spectrophotometry method was applied to detect the content of general flavone in Artemisia vestita. Results: Three kinds of Artemisia Vestita from different habitats and different plant origins were detected; general flavone from Lhasa city was significantly higher than the others. Conclusion: General flavone contents vary greatly in "multi herbs about one name" about Artemisia Vestita from different habitats and different plant origins, and it is necessary to establish quality control standard for compound preparations of Artemisia Vestita.
