摘  要:目的:优选延胡索蒸法的炮制工艺。方法:以延胡索乙素含量作为评价指标,以加醋量、饮片粗细、闷润时间、蒸制时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选蒸法的最佳工艺。结果:延胡索粗粉,加醋量30%,闷润2 h,蒸制2 h延胡索乙素的含量最高。结论:优选出的炮制工艺合理可行,为延胡索饮片的生产提供了实验依据。Objective: To optimized processing techniques for Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis) with braizing method. Methods:The content of tetrahydropalmatin was determined, and the extraction conditions of vinegar, Rhizoma Corydalis thickness, moisten-ing time and braizing time were optimized by orthogonal array design.Results: The best condition of braizing method was Rhi-zoma Corydalis powder, add vinegar 30%, moistening for 2 h, braizing for 2 h. Conclusion: Optimizing the processing technology was reasonable and feasible, which provided the basis for the processing of herbal medicinal slices of Rhizoma Corydalis.
