中医体质辨证护理对阳虚质耳鸣患者疗效影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医体质辨证护理对阳虚质耳鸣患者疗效的影响,以提高耳鸣的治疗效果。方法:采用完全随机设计,将60例阳虚质耳鸣患者分为对照组和治疗组各30例。2组均采用常规药物治疗与常规护理措施,治疗组在上述基础上再根据阳虚体质增加相应的护理措施,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果:对照组痊愈率和显效率分别为0和13.3%,总有效率为50.0%;治疗组痊愈率和显效率分别为6.6%和26.7%,总有效率为73.3%,综合疗效明显优于对照组,Z=-2.27,P=0.027。结论:中医体质辨证护理可以提高阳虚质耳鸣患者的疗效。Objective： To observe the effects of TCM constitution differentiation nursing on patients with Yang deficiency of tinnitus. Methods： With the completely random design, the 60 patients with Yang deficiency of tinnitus were divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases each. The two group were treated with routine drug therapy and routine nursing care, while the treatment group received additional TCM constitution differentiation nursing besides routine treatment. The effects of two groups were observed after treatment. Results： The cure rate and significant efficiency of the control group were 0% and 13.3%,the total effective rate was 50.0%;while the cure rate and obvious effective rate of the experimental group were 6.6% and 26.7%, and the total effective rate was 73.3%, the comprehensive curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group. Conclusion： TCM constitution differentiation nursing can promote the therapeutic effect on tinnitus patients with Yang defi-ciency.
