摘 要:目的研究2012—2013年广东中山市中医院分离出的耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌(CRAB)引起医院感染的特点以及对抗菌药物耐药性的变化趋势。方法应用美国BD公司Phoenix TM100全自动细菌和药敏系统鉴定仪对所分离的72株CRAB进行鉴定和药敏试验,并进行统计学分析。结果 72株CRAB分离自痰液(46株,63.9%)、伤口分泌物(19株,26.4%)、中段尿(5株,6.9%)和血液(2株,2.8%);药敏试验显示,CRAB对多黏菌素和米诺环素敏感性最高,耐药率低于7.3%。结论加强CRAB的耐药监测,应建立有效的感染控制措施并合理应用抗菌药物,防止CRAB的流行。Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB)strains isolated from Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital during the period from 2012 to2013.Methods The CRAB strains were identified and tested for antimicrobiol susceptibility with Phoenix 100 Automatic Becterial Identification/Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing System.Results A total of 72 strains of CRAB were isolated from sputum,wound secretion,midway urine and venous blood,accounting for 63.9%(46/72),26.4%(19/72),6.9%(5/72)and 2.8%(2/72),respectively.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing indicated that CRAB were susceptible to colistin and minocycline( 7.3% resistant).Conclusions Efforts should be made to strengthen the monitoring of CRAB.Effective infection control measures and antimicrobial intervention policy should be taken to control CRAB outbreak.
