摘　　要：浙江保险业积极推进多元化、非诉讼纠纷调解化解机制,注重与地方政府、司法部门、交警部门等通力配合,从制度建设、组织建设和人员建设等多方面共同推进,在多市、区形成试点经验。浙江保险业参与交通事故调解起步较早、试点较广、亮点突出,为更好推进交通事故损害赔偿纠纷调解,引导保险机构为保险消费者提供方便、快捷、高效的理赔服务,浙江保监局着力做好基础工作,获取法律、平台和地方政府的多方支持,积极扩面推进保险业参与交通事故纠纷非诉讼调解化解机制建设工作。Zhejiang Province is actively promoting the multiple alternative dispute resolution （ADR） mechanism, attaching great importance to the coordination of various department such as the local government, the judicial department and traffic control department. By carrying forward from various aspects like system construction, organization construction and personnel construction, some pilot experience has been got in many cities and districts. The insurance industry in Zhejiang Province is one of the earliest to participate in the dispute resolution of traffic accidents, with wide pilot regions and outstanding highlights. To improve the resolution and traffic accident disputes and lead the insurance companies to provide the customers with more convenient, faster and more efficient claiming service, Zhejiang Insurance Regulation Bureau makes effort on the foundation work, obtaining the joint support from laws, the platform and the local government to promote the participation of insurance industry into construction of ADR of traffic accidents.
