摘 要:为解决宽带阻抗匹配变换器设计的复杂问题,克服频率展宽对阻抗变换器的影响,设计了一种两节λ/4宽带阻抗变换器,并分析了宽带阻抗变换器的频率特性。利用微波网络级联理论分析了两节宽带阻抗变换器的设计过程,推导了频率特性的数学模型,最后对模型进行仿真实验。结果表明可以找到最佳转换比(负载与特性阻抗之比)使得频率特性得到改善程度,适用于宽带阻抗匹配变换器的快速设计。In order to solve the complex problem of designing the broadband impedance matching transformer and overcome the influence of frequency broadening for impedance transformer,a two-section λ /4broadband impedance transformer is designed,and its frequency characteristic is studied. The design process of broadband impedance transformer is analyzed with microwave network cascade theory. What is more,the mathematical model of frequency characteristic is derived and the simulation experiment for the model is made. The simulation results show that the broadband impedance transformer gets the optimum transforming ratio( the ratio of the load and characteristic impedance),and the frequency characteristic is improved,which can be applied to the fast design for the broadband impedance matching transformer.
