摘　　要：新时期,经济发展方式的快速转变、产业结构的深度调整、高等教育改革的深入推进以及新建本科院校自身存在的问题,均对新建本科院校的发展定位、人才培养结构提出了新的挑战.新建本科院校唯有瞄准应用,面向市场,实现转型发展,才能有效克服自身存在的问题,才能适应经济社会发展的需要.The newly-built undergraduate university is faced with new challenges of its place in development and its formation of professionals train because of the quick transformation of economic development,the deep change of industrial structure,the deep push of higher education reform and its own shortcomings.Only does it put the emphasis on＂application＂,face to the market and complete the transformation development,the newly-built undergraduate university can overcome its own problems and meet the demand of the society development.
