摘  要:采用热沉降—蒸馏—吸附精制的方法处理废润滑油,考察了热沉降—常压蒸馏的预处理效果,分别以单一白土、硅酸镁/硅酸钠/白土复配药品(三者的质量比为1∶1∶2)为吸附剂,对其吸附精制工艺条件进行了优化,并对2种工艺的吸附精制效果进行了对比。结果表明,复配药品吸附精制效果较好,在复配药品添加量(占废润滑油的质量分数)为12%,精制温度为130℃,精制时间为60 min的优化条件下,所得再生油的黏度指数为99.00,灰分质量分数为0.084%,色度为4号,收率达到86.46%。Waste lubricating oil was treated by a method of thermal subsidence - distillation - adsorption,and the effect of thermal subsidence - distillation pretreatment was investigated. Using a single clay or magnesium silicate/sodium silicate/clay composite with mass ratio of 1 : 1 : 2 as adsorbent, the process conditions of adsorption refining were optimized, and the effects of the two adsorption proces- ses were compared. The results showed that the composite adsorbent had better effect. Under the optimum conditions of mass fraction of composite adsorbent to waste lubricating oil 12% , refining temperature 130 ℃ and refining time 60 min,the viscosity index, ash mass fraction and chromaticity of recycled oil were 99. 00,0. 084% , and 4 respectively, and the yield was 86.46%.
