摘 要:为了探讨不同灌溉次数对旱地小麦产量及品质的影响,研究了不同灌水条件下不同旱地小麦品种的产量和品质表现。结果表明,灌水次数对旱地小麦产量及成穗数的影响趋势基本一致,即随灌水次数的增加,产量和成穗数逐渐增加。洛旱6号和洛旱7号各灌水处理间小麦产量W1(灌1水),W2(灌2水)处理显著高于W0(不灌水)处理,而W1,W2处理间无显著差异。灌水次数对不同品种蛋白质含量的影响不同,洛旱6号蛋白质含量表现为随着灌水次数的增加,蛋白质含量呈逐渐降低趋势,并达显著差异;洛旱7号蛋白质含量表现为各灌水处理间无显著差异。随着灌水次数的增加,湿面筋含量呈逐渐降低的趋势;洛旱6号湿面筋含量W0和W1处理显著高于W2处理,W0与W1处理之间无显著差异;洛旱7号湿面筋含量W0处理显著高于W1,W2处理,W1,W2处理之间无显著差异。稳定时间表现为洛旱6号和洛旱7号各灌水处理间均无显著差异。To study the effects on yield and quality of dryland wheat on different irrigation frequency, the paper summarizes the performance on yield and quality of dryland wheat varieties under different irrigation. The results showed that the effects of the yield and spike number of dryland wheat variety tendency basic consistent on irrigation frequency, that is, with the increase of irrigation times, levels of yield and panicle number increased gradually. Wheat yield of Luohan 6 and Luohan 7 between irrigation treatments performance of W1, W2 were significantly higher than that of W0, while W1 and W2 were no significant difference between the two treatments. Effect on protein content of different varieties on irrigation frequency, Luohan 6's performance with the increase of irrigation times, the protein content was gradually decreasing trend, and significant difference; Luohan 7 showed no significant among different irrigation treatments. With the increase of irrigation times, the wet gluten content decreased; Luohan 6's wet gluten content on W0 and W1 were significantly higher than that on W2, no significant difference between W0 and W1; Luohan 7's wet gluten content on W0 was significantly higher than that on WI, W2, no significant difference between W1 and W2. The stable time of Luohan 6 and Luohan 7 showed no significant difference among irrigation treatments.
