摘　　要：分析了山西省农村城镇化的现状、山西省农村城镇化取得的成就与现存的问题,并针对性地提出了相应的对策建议。The paper analyzes the status, problems and the constraint factors of rural urbanization in Shanxi province, and corre- sponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward towards the problems and reasons.
