摘 要:利用H/P/Cosmos GaitwayⅡ步态分析跑台,探讨不同步速条件下步态的变化.8名健康大学男生以4,5,6km·h-13种速度在跑步机上行走,采集10 s的连续步态,测力板采样率为100Hz.结果表明:随着步行速度增加,步频、步长、步幅呈显著性的递增;而单步时间、步态周期时间、支撑时间、单足支撑时间及双足支撑时间均出现显著性递减.第一峰值力、质量承受率及蹬地率随步行速度的增加而增加;支撑力却随步行速度增加呈显著性降低;而第二峰值力仅在速度4km·h-1和5km·h-1之间的增加有意义.步态模式随着步行速度的变化而变化.体质量大的人快步走时需要适当控制步行速度,以免地面反作用力过大,对足部造成损伤.This research aimed to discuss about the gait changes in different walking speeds by H/P / Cosmos Gaitway Ⅱ Instrumented Treadmill.Eight health male college students partictpated in this study.Subjects were asked to walk on a treadmill with varied levels of gait speed(4,5,6km·h- 1).The treadmill date were collected in every contact ten seconds and force plate date were collected one hundreds times in every second.With the increase of walking speed,cadence,step length and stride length were significantly increment.And step time,stride time,contact time,single limb stance time and double support time were significantly decline.Max applied force,weight acceptance rate and push off rate were increased,and mid support force were decreased with increase of walking speed.Greater magnitudes of the second v GRF peak were only associated with an increase when gait speed was 4km·h- 1 and 5km·h- 1.The gait pattern changes with walking speed changes.
