中药地榆的药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：地榆有凉血止血、解毒敛疮之功,常用于凝血、止血。近年研究发现,地榆还具有抗氧化、抗过敏、抗炎、抗菌等作用,对肿瘤和α-葡萄糖苷酶有抑制作用,临床上可用于各种炎症、痤疮、压疮,并被广泛应用于预防和治疗肿瘤化疗导致的骨髓抑制,且能有效治疗子宫肌瘤。本文参考相关文献,对近年来地榆的药理作用研究及其临床应用进行综述。Sanguisorba officinalis L.has the functions of detoxification boils,cooling blood and hemostasis.Research in recent years has revealed that S.officinalis possesses the following effects：anti-oxidation,anti-allergy,anti-inflammation,anti-bacteria,anti-tumor,as well as inhibitive effect onα-glucosidase.It could be used clinically in the treatment of various inflammation,acne and pressure score,and could also be used for the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression induced by chemotherapy.In addition,it could produce good effect on hysteromyoma.In this paper,the pharmacological research and clinical application of S.officinalis were reviewed by consulting related literature.
