摘  要:采用钛酸酯偶联剂201作为表面处理剂,利用同向双螺杆挤出机制备了碳酸钙晶须与低密度聚乙烯复合材料的共混粒料,然后将复合材料粒料注塑成标准样条,对复合材料样条进行了热性能、力学性能以及微观形貌的测试,探究了不同含量晶须对聚乙烯材料性能的影响。结果表明:晶须填充后复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性均优于填充前的材料。当填充量达到25%时,拉伸强度、屈服强度和杨氏模量分别由填充前的13.94MPa、8.8MPa和940.48增加到14.96MPa,10.2MPa和1 132.82,热分解温度也由填充前的390.4℃增加到419.3℃。此外,晶须的加入降低了聚乙烯的结晶度;加入少量的晶须时聚乙烯的结晶速度加快,但加入量过多时又使得聚乙烯的结晶速度变慢。扫描电镜显示碳酸钙晶须和基体之间形成了良好的界面作用,晶须均匀分散在聚乙烯基体中。In this thesis, using the NDZ-201 titanate coupling agent as surface treatment agent, the blends of calciumcarbonate whisker and low density polyethylene (LDPE) were first palletized by the co-rotating twin-screw extruder, andthen were injected into standard samples. The mechanical properties, thermal performance and microstructure of thecomposites were tested and the influences of the calcium carbonate whisker content on the composite properties werestudied. The results indicated that the filled LDPE composites showed better mechanical performance and thermalstability as compared to the unfilled LDPE. When the whisker content was 25%, The tensile strength, yield strength andyoung's modulus increased from 13. 94 MPa.8. 8 MPa. 940. 48 to 14. 96 MPa, 10. 2 MPa and 1 132. 82 respectively, andthe thermal decomposition temperature of the composite increased from 390. 4 ℃ to 419. 3 ℃. Moreover, the crystallinityof LDPE decreased with the increase of whisker content, and a small amount of whisker in LDPE accelerated the rate ofcrystallization greatly. The SEM photographs showed that the whiskers were well dispersed in LDPE phase and had goodinterface interaction with the matrix.
