摘 要:随着甘肃电网建设规模的持续快速增长及河西走廊输电通道资源日趋紧张,甘肃电网的规划、建设及运营压力日益增大。而电网天然具有地理空间分布特性,电网业务工作中对于三维可视化展现形式、多维度时空信息管理及立体分析的需求也日益增多。通过三维全景智能电网技术在电网规划与建设中的研究与应用,对电网的规划与建设全过程进行可视化、一体化管理,将对甘肃电网"大规划"和"大建设"具有重要支撑作用,同时对转变国网甘肃省电力公司电网发展方式及转变公司发展方式具有重要意义。With the constant expansion of the power grid construction in Gansu and the increasingly tense of transmission channel resources of Hexi Corrido, The pressure of planning,construction and operation of Gansu power grid is increasing. The grid has the natural distributed feature of geospatial, The need of 3D visualization, the multidimensional information management and Three-dimensional analysis in grid business work is also increasing. By the research and application of 3D panoramic smart grid technology in power grid planning and construction, it could manage the whole process of grid planning and construction visually and integrally, and has an important supporting role for "large planning" and "large construction" of Gan Su power grid, it could also has important significance for transforming the grid development mode and company development mode of State Grid Gan Su Electric Power Company.
