健脾扶正汤对晚期结直肠癌患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾扶正汤对晚期结直肠癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:将73例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组38例与对照组35例,两组患者均采用相同的FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗,治疗组于化疗前2 d加用健脾扶正汤治疗。两组均以2周为1个周期,4个周期后从中医临床证候改善程度、生存质量量表EORTC-QLQ-SF-36调查问卷评价及不良反应3方面观察疗效。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组在中医临床证候方面改善率升高(P<0.05);在生存质量量表EORTC-QLQ-SF-36调查问卷评价中躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、物理症状及整体状况方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);而在社会功能、认知功能方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化疗同时配合健脾扶正汤可增强机体免疫力、减轻化疗不良反应、提高生存质量、延长生存期。Objective： To observe the effect of Jianpi Fuzheng soup on survival quality of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 73 cases with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 38） and control group（ n = 35）. Both two groups were treated with the same FOLFOX4 chemotherapy treatment. The treatment group was given Jianpi Fuzheng soup 2 days prior to the chemotherapy,2 weeks for a cycle,curative effect evaluation after four cycles. Observe the effect from TCM clinical syndrome integral curative effect,life quality scale EORTC-QLQ-SF-36 questionnaires and adverse reaction. Results： Compared with control group,improvement rate of TCM clinical syndrome integral effect of treatment group was raised（ P〈0. 05）. In the quality of life scale EORTC-QLQ-SF-36 questionnaire evaluation in physical function,emotional function,role function,physical symptoms,and overall situation optimization were all well（ P〈0. 05）. In respect of social function and cognitive function,there was no statistically significant difference（ P〉0.05）. Adverse reactions reduced（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chemotherapy combined with Jianpi Fuzheng soup can enhance immunity,reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,improve the life quality and prolong survival.
