胰腺癌中医临床治疗研究概况

摘　　要：从中医单方、中医治法、中西医结合治疗、专家经验4个方面介绍了胰腺癌的中医临床治疗研究的现状。从目前发表的文献来看,胰腺癌在中医药的治疗方面虽取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着诸多问题:1因对胰腺癌辨证论治尚未建立统一的标准,尚缺乏标准的治疗准则及方法,且对治法的研究缺乏大样本多中心的随机对照研究;2中药制剂无明显突破性研究,目前针对胰腺癌的新型有效的中药制剂或中药单体较少,尚无突破性进展;3在中西医结合治疗方面,中医药仍居辅助地位。This article introduces the present situation of the clinical research of TCM from the simple recipe,Chinese medicine treatment,combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine and the current expertise. In the current published literature,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pancreatic cancer has made some achievements,but there are also many problems： 1 There is no standard treatment principles and methods as no unified standard of differentiation and treatment of pancreatic cancer,and research on treatment of the lack of large sample multicenter randomized controlled studies; 2There is no significant breakthrough of TCM research and a new type of effective Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine recipe for pancreatic cancer is less with no breakthrough. 3Traditional Chinese medicine is still the main auxiliary role.
