治疗晚期肿瘤应重视温阳

摘　　要：肿瘤的产生与寒邪内侵、阳气受损有关。阳气亏虚则气血津液运行不畅,痰凝毒邪胶结积聚成肿块,日久成瘤。温阳和扶阳是治疗肿瘤的两大理论基础。温阳是用温热的药物进补人体,阳药和阴药共补,阴中求阳,使阳气恢复。扶阳建立在温阳基础上,用温热药来扶助人体的阳气,其核心思想是重视阳气、力倡扶阳、用阳化阴,大胆应用干姜、附子、肉桂等温热药直接进补人体的元阳。因此,重视阳气的思想是防病治病的大法,也是治疗肿瘤的大法。但目前肿瘤治疗方面温阳、扶阳治法的应用却不多见,究其本质原因,还是由于对阴寒致积的肿瘤发病机理不明,临床辨识阴寒之证的技巧不够。The generation of tumor related to cold evil invasion and Yang Qi damage. Yang Qi deficiency leading to Qi-blood and fluid poor circulation,phlegm-toxin accumulation to mass,long-time falling into the tumor. Warming Yang and strengthening Yang are the two major theoretical basis for treatment of tumor. Warming Yang is nourishing the body with warm drugs,reinforcing Yang from Yin to recover Yang Qi. Strengthening Yang established on the basis of warming Yang,with warm medicine to help the body＇s Yang,its core idea is to attach importance to Yang,advocating strengthening Yang,Strong application of Ganjiang（ Dried Ginger）,Fuzi（ Monkshood）,and Rougui（ Cinnamon） drugs directly tonic body in primordial Yang. Therefore,fundamental law of prevention and treatment of disease is attaching great importance to Yang,also in treating the tumor. But at present the application of tumor therapy of warming Yang,strengthening Yang is rare,the essential reason,or because the unknown of tumor pathogenesis of Yin-cold induced accumulation,clinical identification of Yin-cold syndrome lack of skills.
