沙参麦冬汤加减治疗肿瘤放射性肺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察沙参麦冬汤治疗肿瘤放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:48例肿瘤放射性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各24例。治疗组予以沙参麦冬汤结合激素、抗生素治疗,对照组单纯予以激素和抗生素。观察两组治疗后胸片或胸部CT的变化情况,判定临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组为58.3%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤联合激素、抗生素治疗肿瘤放射性肺炎临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shashenmaidong Decoction in treating radiation pneumonia. Methods： 48 cases with radiation pneumonitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,24 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Shashenmaidong Decoction combined with hormones and antibiotics. The control group was given hormones and antibiotics only. The chest X-ray or chest CT results were observed to determine the efficacy. Results： The total effective rate was 87. 5% in the treatment group and 58. 3% in the control group. The treatment group was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）,the two groups had statistical difference. Conclusion： Shashenmaidong Decoction combined with hormone and antibiotic in treating radiation pneumonia has better clinical effect.
