摘 要:目的:观察中药药浴时开始出汗时间对外感发热患儿体温变化的影响,为采取药浴降温者提供操作上的时间依据。方法:对 94例患儿用(39±1)℃的中药液进行浸浴及相应的经络刺激,浴前、浴后 30min各测量体温 1次,根据患儿在药浴过程中的出汗开始时间,分为5~10min出汗组、11~15min出汗组、16~20min出汗组等32组。结果:5~10min出汗组48例,体温下降 47例,下降率为 97.91%,体温上升 1例;11~15min出汗组 30例,体温下降 25例,下降率为 83.33%,体温无变化 1例,体温上升 4例;16~20min出汗组 16例,体温下降 13例,有效率为 81.25%,体温无变化 1例,体温上升 2例。结论:药浴时在 10min以内出汗的患儿,浴后体温下降率明显高于在 10min以外出汗的患儿,而体温上升率明显低于 10min以外出汗的患儿。Objective: Explore Chinese medicine medicated bath at the start of sweating time on infantile cold fever the influence of temperature change,to provide bath time basis for Chinese medicine bath. Methods: In 94 cases with 39 ± 1 ℃ traditional Chinese medicine liquid for bathing and the corresponding main and collateral channels stimulation,before and after for 30 minmeasuring temperature. According to the children in the bath of sweat start time,divided into 5- 10 min group,10- 15 min group,15- 20 min group of 32 groups. Results: 48 cases of 5- 10 min group,47 cases with temperature decline,decline rate is about 97. 91%,the temperature rise in1 case. 30 cases of 10- 15 min group,25 cases with temperature decline,decrease rate was 83. 33%,no change in 1 case,4 cases of temperature rise. 16 cases of 15- 20 min group,13 cases with temperature decline,efficiency was 81. 25%,no change in 1 case,2 cases of temperature rise. Conclusion: Bath time within 10 min sweating in children,temperature drop rate is obviously higher than in 10 min children outside sweating after bath,their body temperature rise rate was significantly lower than that of 10 min outside.
