骨伤洗剂热湿敷配合主动跺脚锻炼治疗顽固性跟痛症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价骨伤洗剂热湿敷配合主动跺脚锻炼治疗顽固性跟痛症的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:选取20例患者作为研究对象,采用骨伤洗剂热湿敷配合主动跺脚锻炼治疗,4周后观察患者临床症状及疼痛改善情况。结果:20例患者中治愈14例(70.00%),显效4例(20.00%),有效2例(10.00%),无效0例;治疗后视觉模拟评分由(7.15±1.63)分降低至(2.20±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);首次随访有2例复发,复发率为10.00%;第2次随访新增4例复发病例,复发率为20.00%。结论:采用骨伤洗剂热湿敷配合主动跺脚锻炼治疗顽固性跟痛症安全有效。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Gushang washout hot-wet application with active stamping exercise treatment of intractable calcaneodynia,and to explore its action mechanism. Methods： Selected 20 cases as the research object,used Gushang washout hot-wet application with active stamping exercise,clinical symptoms and pain were observed after 4 weeks. Results： In the 20 patients,14 cases were cured（ 70. 00%）,4 cases were markedly improved（ 20. 00%）,effective in 2 cases（ 10. 00%）,none of the patients is invalid; Visual analogue scale（ VAS） after treatment from（ 7. 15 ± 1. 63） to（ 2. 2 ± 0. 89）（ P〈0. 01）. Follow-up for the first time have 2cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 10. 00%; the second follow-up of 4 new cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was20. 00%. Conclusion： Gushang washout hot-wet application with active stamping exercise treatment of intractable calcaneodynia treatment of intractable calcaneodynia is safe and effective.
