摘　　要：目前西药治疗原发性痛经,一般起效快捷,疗效尚可,但存在一些不良反应,且易引起内分泌失调,若长期服用还容易引起赖药性,因此不能在临床广泛应用。中药治疗本病的方法灵活多样,疗效显著,不良反应少,后期复发率低。郝兰枝教授总结多年的临床经验,博采众家之长,治疗痛经善从瘀血角度入手,认为其是致"不通""不荣"的根本因素之一,具体辨证多责之于气滞血瘀、寒凝血瘀、肾虚血瘀,则临床上多以活血化瘀为治疗大法,结合理气行滞、温经散寒、补肾温阳等方法治疗本病,效果显著。At present western medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,generally effective fast and curative effectly,but there are some side effects. It is easy to cause the endocrine disorder. If the long-term uses,which is also easily leading to drug dependence,therefore it cannot be widely used in clinic. The method is flexible,efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,less adverse reaction,and the late recurrence rate is low. Professor Hao Lanzhi sums up clinical experience for many years and adopts many doctors＇ advantages. Treatment of dysmenorrhea with blood stasis,she thinks it is ＂ blocking＂ or ＂ lack＂ to one of the fundamental factors. Specific differentiation in the accountability is Qi depression and blood stasis,cold-stagnation and blood-stasis,and kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Blood stasis is clinically to promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis for the treatment. Combination regulating Qi stagnation,warming channel and expelling cold,and enhancing kidney Yang methods treatment of the disease have remarkable effect.
