从中医“风邪致病”理论看浆细胞性乳腺炎的发病

摘　　要：浆细胞性乳腺炎的发病原因众多,近年来越来越多的学者开始认识到,本病的发生可能与免疫系统紊乱存在一定的关系。风邪侵袭,常为变态反应性疾病发作的重要因素之一。变态反应性疾病多具有中医"风邪致病"的特点。本文从中医"风邪致病"理论研究出发,结合风邪致病的特点、浆细胞性乳腺炎发病特点以及风邪与致敏原之间的关系,认为浆细胞性乳腺炎是由风邪致病所引起的一种变态反应性疾病,与中医风湿夹杂侵及肌肤有关。Plasma cell mastitis has numerous causes. In recent years,more and more scholars begin to realize that the happening of the disease may be a certain relationship with the immune system disorders. Pathogen wind is often as one of the important factors for allergic diseases. Allergic disease has the characteristics of pathogen wind. Based on the pathogenic theory of the wind theory,combined with the wind pathogenic characteristics,revealed the relationship between plasma cell mastitis and allergy,and concluded： plasma cell mastitis pathogens by the wind,that is an allergic diseases caused by pathogenic wind,provide a new ideas to prevent and treat plasma cell mastitis.
