中药面膜联合异维A酸胶丸治疗肠胃湿热型痤疮临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自制中药面膜外敷配合异维A酸胶丸口服治疗痤疮肠胃湿热证的临床疗效。方法:81例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组41例予中药面膜联合异维A酸胶丸治疗,对照组40例给予异维A酸胶丸与罗红霉素胶囊口服。两组均以4周为1个疗程,2疗程后比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为95.12%,对照组有效率为77.50%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药面膜联合异维A酸胶丸治疗治疗肠胃湿热型痤疮有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules in the treatment of acne damp heat syndrome of intestines and stomach. Methods： 81 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 41 cases of treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules and 40 cases of control group were treated with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules with Roxithromycin Capsules.4 weeks as a period of treatment,compare the clinical efficacy of two groups after two courses of treatment. Results： The effective rate was 95. 12% in treatment group and 77. 50% in control group. Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules in the treatment of gastrointestinal syndrome acne has significant curative effect.
