穴位埋线治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察埋线与针刺治疗颈型颈椎病临床疗效及优势。方法:符合诊断标准病例120例随机分为两组,埋线组60例,针刺组60例,依据循证医学临床研究的原则观察治疗效果,两组用相同的穴位,埋线组埋线1次,针刺组每天针刺1次,共10次,两组10 d后判断疗效,30 d后随访,按等级资料判断疗效结果。结果:埋线组有效率为96.7%、针刺组有效率为90.0%;30d远期疗效埋线组有效率为100.0%、针刺组有效率为86.7%。结论:针刺和埋线均能对颈型颈椎病产生很好的疗效,埋线疗效优于针刺,特别是远期疗效,埋线省时省事,能够满足现代快节奏生活,是治疗颈型颈椎病的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and advantages of catgut embedding and acupuncture treatment for cervical spondylosis. Methods： 120 cases were divided into catgut embedding group and acupuncture group,60 cases of each group. Observe the treatment effect according to the principles of evidence-based medicine. With the same point,catgut embedding group were given catgut embedding 1 times a day and acupuncture group were given acupuncture 1 times a day,a total of 10 times. Then judge the curative effect by grade data results after the two groups of 10 d,after 30 d follow-up. Results： The effective rate was 96. 7% of catgut embedding group and 90. 0% of acupuncture group. The 30 d long curative effect was 100% of catgut embedding group and 86. 7% of acupuncture group.Conclusion： Acupuncture and catgut embedding can produce good curative effect for cervical spondylosis. Catgut embedding has better curative effect,especially the long-term curative effect. Catgut embedding can satisfy the modern fast-paced life and is the effective method for the treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis.
