上海市优质医疗资源有效配置研究

摘　　要：上海市人口格局的变化对于有效配置公共服务资源提出了新要求,医疗卫生属于公共服务领域,新医改的提出使得医疗卫生越来越受到国家与人民的重视。本文通过对于上海市医疗资源配置的现状进行分析,思考优质医疗资源在配置上存在的问题,并且借鉴荷兰医疗独特的"守门人"制度,理清思路,对上海市优质医疗资源的有效配置进行进一步的思考。Changes of Shanghai population pattern put forward new requirements for the effective allocation of public service resources. Medical servicebelongs to the field of public service, the new health care reform makes the medical service more and more important andearn countries and people＇s attention. This article analyzedthepresentsituation ofallocationofmedicalresourcesin Shanghai city, considered the problemthat a11ocationofhigh qualitymedical resources, and learned fromHollandunique medical ＂gatekeeper＂ system, did further thoughts on the effective allocation of highqualitymedicalresourcesinShanghaiCity.
