校所合作:独立院校实用型生物技术人才培养新尝试  

Novel Approach to Practical Talent Development for Biotechnology in Professional Universities: a Case Study of Cooperation with Research Institute

摘　　要：根据生物技术专业的学科特点,针对目前新型技术农民短缺的实际,结合独立学院学生培养模式特点,就学生校外实习基地建设的人才培养模式进行了初步探索和实践。文章总结了近几年来宁波大学科技学院和实践基地单位——宁波市农业科学研究院合作的理由、具体合作的方式及取得的成绩,并对存在的问题及解决办法作了简要分析。经过多年的实践,双方把具体的合作事项列入教学计划,合作单位在提供实践基地的基础上,还提供了较为全面的技术和学术指导,帮助学生真正达到学以致用的目的。According to the characteristics of biotechnology professional disciplines, for the actual of shortage of new vocational farmers, combining the features of students educational system in independent colleges, it was explorated and practiced prehminarily on how to train talents based on developing biotechnological practice base. This paper summarizes why Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Science was selected as a practicing base, how both parties cooperated and how many achievements were made, also the existing problems and the way to solve were mentioned briefly. After years of practice, both parties agreed to add corporative issues into teaching program concretely, the cooperation unit not only provides practice base, but also provides comprehensive technical and academic instruction, all which helps students to achieve practical purpose.
