摘 要:[目的]了解患者对县级中医院医疗服务的满意度情况及其影响因素。[方法]通过分层抽样对福建省五个市的10家县级中医院共500名患者进行满意度调查,调查结果采用单因素χ2检验及二元Logistic回归等方法分析患者满意度的影响因素。[结果]患者对医院的总体满意度为61.8%,县级中医院医疗服务患者满意度的影响因素主要有技术水平、治疗效果、医疗费用、健康宣教、交通便利性、等候时间、沟通解释、医务人员态度、中医服务项目、药师服务态度。[结论]县级中医院总体满意度偏低,应从满意度的影响因素着手,不断提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the patients' satisfaction degree to medical services and its influential factors in county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods Investigated 500 patients from 10 county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals by stratified sampling in 5 cities of Fujian province. The investigation result analysis of influential factors patients' satisfaction degree was by Chi-square test and Logistic regression. Results The totality patients' satisfaction to hospital is 61.8%. The major influential factors were medical tecnology, treatment effect, medical expenses, health education, traffic convenience, waiting period, communication, service attitude and service projects. Conclusions The overall satisfaction of county traditional Chinese medicine was on the low side. They should set about from major influencing factors to improve the satisfaction degree of medical services.
