摘  要:利用MSC.Patran前处理系统,建立了某款摩托车内燃机气门锁紧机构有限元模型,再利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Marc进行强度计算分析,得出内燃机在实际运行中最大载荷下,气门弹簧上座的应力云图,并通过MSC.Marc后处理系统观察各部位应力分布及大小,进一步校核安全系数,清楚、准确地找出各设计方案优劣,为确定气门弹簧上座结构优化设计方案提供指导,最终满足气门锁紧机构的实际使用功能要求。This paper introduces the establishment of a finite element model for the valve locking mechanism of a motorcycle engine based on MSC Patran pre-treatment system. The stress nephogram for the upper spring seat can be completed by using non-linear finite element analysis software MSC. Marc to conduct strength calculation and analysis under the maximum load at the actual operation of the internal combustion engine. And the advantages and disadvantages of the various design programs can be clearly determined by observing the stress distribution and size of each part with MSC. Marc post- processing system and check the safety factor. All these provide a good guidance for the optimization of the design program for upper air spring seats to meet the requirements of valve locking mechanism.
