摘  要:目的观察宁夏沙枣花醇提取物(AE-EAB)对哮喘模型小鼠氧自由基代谢的影响。方法采用卵蛋白(OVA)腹腔注射致敏与雾化吸入激发法复制哮喘模型,通过测定小鼠肺组织匀浆中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量及观察肺组织形态学改变。结果 AE-EAB高、中剂量组可明显升高哮喘模型小鼠肺组织中SOD水平(P<0.05),降低MDA和NO含量(P<0.05)。结论 AE-EAB可明显减轻哮喘模型小鼠肺组织细胞的炎性浸润,AE-EAB可能通过调整体内的氧化与抗氧化系统,从而改善哮喘的气道炎症。Objective To observe the effect of the alcohol extract of Elaeagnus angustifolia blossoms( AE- EAB) on the metabolism of oxygen free radicals in mouse model of bronchial asthma. Methods The asthma models were established by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin( OVA) and challenged with OVA via inhalation. Then the concentrations of superoxide dismutase( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA) and nitric oxide( NO) in lung tissue homogenate were determined,and the lung morphological changes were observed. Results AE- EAB could significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration in the lung tissue of asthmatic mouse model. High,medium dose group of AE- EAB could significantly increase SOD level in lung tissues of asthmatic mice( P 〈 0. 05),and meanwhile decrease MDA and NO levels( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion AE- EAB can ameliorate the airway inflammation in asthma mouse model possibly by adjusting the oxidation and antioxidant system in vivo.
