血清25-羟维生素D水平与2型糖尿病的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的比较2型糖尿病患者与正常人血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]的水平,探讨糖尿病与25(OH)D的关系。方法选择120例糖尿病患者作为病例组,110例体检的健康者作为对照组,测定血清25(OH)D水平,同时检测相关临床及生化指标。结果血清25(OH)D在病例组和对照组中的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清25(OH)D与空腹血糖呈显著负相关(r=-0.687,P<0.05)。结论血清25(OH)D在2型糖尿患者中明显低于正常人,且空腹血糖越高、血清25(OH)D越低。Objective Compared with type 2 diabetes and normal serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D [25（ OH） 2 D3]the different level,analysis of 25- hydroxy vitamin D3 ’s relationship with type 2 diabetes. Methods Choose 120 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients group,in the same period in our hospital physical examination 110 cases as control group. Serum 25（ OH） 2 D3 levels,while testing related to clinical and biochemical indicators. Results Serum 25（ OH） D3 differences apparent in the case group and the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）,Serum 25（ OH） D3 and fasting glucose were significantly negative correlation（ r = 0. 687,P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Serum 25（ OH） 2 D3 in patients with type 2 diabetes is significantly lower than that in normal controls,and the more higher of fasting blood glucose,and the more lower of serum 25（ OH） D3.
