节能减排视角下区域经济发展思路探讨

摘　　要：文章试图在深入分析地方政府重发展经济、轻保护环境内在动因的基础上,通过对科斯定理的调整,力求探索出实现区域经济持续健康发展的新途径。Based on the thorough analysis of the intrinsic motivation that the local government values the e- conomy development but despises the environment protection,by adjusting the Coase theorem,the paper at- tempts to find a new path for the sustainable and healthy development of regional economy.
