摘　　要：目的探讨人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-B27抗原检测对强直性脊柱炎(AS)伴发葡萄膜炎的辅助诊断价值。方法应用流式细胞术对可疑患者进行HLA-B27抗原检测,并结合患者影像学检查综合分析。结果 2011年1月至2013年3月62例不明原因葡萄膜炎就诊于我院眼科,经最终诊断确诊为AS 32例。该32例患者均表现为HLA-B27阳性;且在影像学上均有不同程度的改变。结论 HLA-B27与AS伴发葡萄膜炎的关系密切,对原因不明的葡萄膜炎患者进行HLA-B27抗原及影像学检查有助于早期发现AS。Objective To investigate the auxiliary diagnosis of HLA-B27 antigen detection in ankylosing spondylitis （AS） with uveitis. Methods The method of flow cytometry （FCM） was used to detect HLA-B27 from the patients with suspected. Then combined with a comprehensive analysis of the patient imaging. Results From January 2011 to March 2013 62 patients of unexplainde uveitis in our hospital ophthalmology , the final diagnosis was diagnosed with AS. The 32 patients showed positive for the HLA-B27; both of them had different levels of change in imaging. Conclusion AS with uveitis are associated closely HLA-B27 and radiological exam ination are helepful in early diagnosis of AS in patients with uvetis for which the cases are unknown.
