摘 要:对人工林杉木分别采用常压过热水蒸气、加压过热水蒸气以及饱和水蒸气进行热处理,测试热处理材的尺寸稳定性、力学强度与颜色变化。结果表明,常压过热水蒸气热处理材的颜色变化最小;加压过热水蒸气热处理材的尺寸稳定性提高幅度最大,力学强度降幅较低;饱和水蒸气热处理材的端裂严重,力学强度下降最多,表面颜色变深。Chinese fir (Cunningharnia lanceolata) plantation lumber was treated with steam at atmospheric pressure, pressurized with super-heated steam and saturated water vapor, respectively. The dimensional stability, mechanical properties and color change of the treated samples were evaluated. The results showed that color changed the least for the samples treated with steam at atmospheric pressure, while the dimensional stability of the samples treated with pressurized super-heated steam had the greatest increase but the mechanical properties decreased. The samples treated with saturated water vapor, though, caused darkest color, the worst splits and the lowest strength.
