摘　　要：我国是蜂王浆最大的出产国。蜂王浆作为一种良好的保健品,含有丰富的营养成分,如蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、有机酸类、植物甾醇类、维生素类等物质。蜂王浆具有抗氧化、抗菌抑菌、抗衰老、降血糖、降血脂、免疫调节等多种药理作用,使其在医药、食品、化妆品等领域被广泛的应用。本文从化学成分、药理作用、质量评价等方面系统的总结了对蜂王浆研究现状,为蜂王浆的深入研究提供参考。China is the largest producer of the royal jelly. As a good healthy food , royal jelly is rich in nutrients such as proteins, amino acids, sugars, organic acids, phytosterols, vitamins and other substances. Royal Jelly has the role of antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-aging, hypoglycemic, reducing blood fat, immune regulation and other pharmacological effects that make it widely applied in areas such as medicine, food, cosmetics and so on. This paper systematically summarizes the research situation from chemical constituents , pharmacology effect and quality evaluation and provides reference for in-depth research on royal jelly.
