摘  要:选用不同材质、不同品牌的注射器和过滤器,研究其对有机磷、有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药气相色谱分析的影响。国产一次性塑料注射器对非极性有机溶剂存在明显的溶出现象,溶出物不能通过针头式过滤器过滤去除,对农药残留的气相色谱分析产生极大干扰,因此仅适用于有机磷农药残留测定。玻璃注射器和进口一次性塑料注射器对有机磷、有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留分析均适用。各类针头式过滤器对农药组分无明显吸附,回收率在合理范围内。To test the effects on determination of organophosphorus pesticides, organochlorine pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides, the different materials and different brands of syringes and filters was chosen in this study. The domestic disposable plastic syringes had an obvious dissolution of non-polar organic solvents, and the dissoluble substance couldn't be removed by the syringe-driven filters, which interfered the pesticide residues analysis and means that domestic disposable plastic syringes applied only to organophosphorus pesticide residue detection. The class syringe and the imported disposable plastic syringe functioned well on organophosphorus pesticides, organochlorine pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides residue analysis. All kinds of syringe-driven filters had no obvious pesticides adsorption and the recovery was in a reasonable range.
