塔里木油田东河区块标准井及标准工艺流程的构建

摘　　要：中国石油塔里木油田分公司塔北项目部为缩短钻井周期、节约钻井成本,率先提出了标准井及标准工艺流程,以标准化设计、标准化安全管理、标准化工期及费用、标准化质量控制、标准化考核机制的"五标"管理理念,而标准井及标准工艺流程是构建"五标"管理理念的关键。对东河区块已完钻的各种井型进行了统计分析,结合实际生产情况,确定了以水平井作为东河区块标准井的井型;再根据标准井产层的各项地层参数,确定了相应标准井的钻头尺寸组合、钻进深度、套管规格、套管下入深度、泥浆体系、测录井参数、完井方式等参数;最终构建了东河区块水平井的标准井,并依据标准井构建了相应标准井的标准工艺流程。通过生产实践表明,标准井及标准井的标准工艺流程的构建显著地缩短了钻井周期和节约钻井成本。To shorten drilling cycle and decrease drilling cost,the ideas of five standards management which are standardized design,standardized safety management,Standardization construction period and cost.Standardized quality control and Standardized assessment system are first proposed in the Tabei Project Department.However,the establishment of standard well and its standard operation process arc the key for constructing ideas of five standards management.Based on the analysis and statistics of all sorts of drilled well-type in Donghe block,the horizontal well was determined as the standard well-type by combining with actual production conditions.According to the parameters of producing formation of standard well,all parameters of standard well which are the combination of bit size,drilling depth,casing specification,casing setting depth,mud system,logging parameters and well completion method were determined.Thereby,the standard vertical and directional well of Donghe block were established,meanwhile,the standard operation process is established based on standard well.Producation practice of Tabei Project Department shows that the establishment of standard well and standard operation process has achieved the effect obviously in terms of shortening the drilling cycle and saving the drilling cost.
