摘 要:采用平板稀释法对不同立地条件的3种竹林土壤微生物进行分离,并结合PCR-DGGE技术,对土壤细菌的多样性进行分析。测定土壤理化性质和微生物量碳,对土壤微生物特征与土壤养分之间的关系进行相关性分析。结果显示,3个样地土壤细菌数量在3种竹林土壤微生物区系中达90%以上,均占据绝对优势。宜宾地区微生物数量和细菌多样性最高,泸州的梁山慈竹最低。3个地区竹林微生物量碳在秋冬季均显著高于春夏季,与植物的生长状况息息相关。相关性分析表明,土壤中3大微生物数量和细菌多样性均与土壤有机质之间呈显著正相关,其中土壤细菌与土壤有机质、碱解氮含量之间关系最为密切,说明土壤微生物对土壤肥力有一定的指示作用。We isolated the soil microorganisms with dilution flat plate counting method,and measured the diversity of preponderant group of bacteria using PCR- DGGE technology. We also measured the characteristics of soil and soil microbial biomass carbon,and analyzed correlation between the microorganisms and soil properties. The bacteria had an absolute advantage in the soil microbiota,and the diversity of soil bacteria in different bamboo ecosystem were P. heterocycla B.pervariabilis × D. grandis D. farinosus. The microbial biomass carbon in autumn and winter was significantly higher than that in spring and summer,which showed a closely relation with the growth of plants. By correlation analysis,three groups of the soil microorganisms and bacterial diversity were positive correlated with the soil organic matter. Moreover,the bacterial diversity had positive correlation or significantly positive correlation with the organic matter and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen in the soil. Soil microbial could be regarded as an indicator to reflect the soil fertility with has great application potential.
