摘 要:目的:初步研究无机纳米材料Sm/Ag/Ti O2的表征和抗菌活性。方法:通过XRD分析、TEM观察测量检测Sm/Ag/Ti O2的粒子分布情况;通过抑菌环实验和液体稀释实验,测定在摩尔比为2:2:100的Sm/Ag/Ti O2作用于金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠球菌的抗菌活性。结果:(1)XRD分析结果:Sm/Ag/Ti O2的平均粒径为14.62nm;Ag离子和Sm离子以一个高度分散和非晶形式分散在二氧化钛表面;(2)TEM图像表明,谢勒公式计算出粒子的大小是12nm;(3)抗菌活性结果:当摩尔比是2:2:100时,抑菌圈直径为16mm;最小抑菌浓度为200μg/m L;最小杀菌浓度为2×104μg/m L。结论:无机纳米材料Sm/Ag/Ti O2具有高比表面积、分散性和抗菌性良好的特点。Objective: To study the characteristics and antibacterial activities of an inorganic nanomaterials Sm/Ag/TiO2. Methods: The Sm/Ag/TiO2 particle distribution was detected by XRD analysis and TEM observa- tion measurement. By liquid dilution and bacteriostatic ring, the test is to evaluate the antibacterial activity effects of Sm/Ag/TiO2 with the molar ratio of 2:2:100 on staphylococcus aureus and white beads coccus. Results :(1)The average particle diameter of Sm/Ag/TiO2 was 14.62 nm;Ag and Sm ions were dispersed on the surface of TiO2 in a highly dispersed and amorphous form. Thus, the intensity was stronger. (2)The image shows that the size of the par- ticle was 12 nm using the scherer formula. (3)When the optimal mole ratio is 2:2:100, the bacteriostatic circle di- ameter was 16 mm, the minimum bacteriostatic concentration 200μg/mL, the minimum bactericidal concentration 2 × 104 μg/mL. Conclusion: The inorganic nanomaterials Sm/Ag/TiO2 had high specific surface area with good dis- persibility and antimicrobial properties.
